Forest Bathing, nature walks, and retreats

Relax, unwind, and deepen your connection to nature when you join us for a Forest Bathing experience, nature walk, or a woodland retreat. Boost your health and wellbeing whilst immersed in the awe and wonder of the natural world. Regular sessions available to book in the beautiful woodlands at Path Hill Adventures, or contact me to discuss a bespoke session.

I also offer wellbeing walks and natural mindfulness for charities and organisations .

Forest School and heritage education

Forest School sessions

Little Ducklings Forest School for under 5s and their caregivers. Lots of fun and fresh air in a beautiful woodland setting. Mud kitchen, nature crafts and activities, stories by the fire, singing, campfire snacks, mini wheelbarrows, and lots more!
